Just A Guy Software LLC
SMS consent / program
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Just A Guy Software LLC operates one SMS program. It runs under the name of our product,
Clean and Paid, which is what recipients see in the messages themselves.
The full program description lives at
cleanandpaid.com/sms.
It is the authoritative version: the opt-in wording and sample messages on that page are generated
from the software that sends them, so they cannot drift from what is actually used.
Summary
- Brand: Just A Guy Software LLC
- Program: Clean and Paid turnover texts
-
What is sent: operational messages coordinating a short-term rental turnover
between a host and the cleaner they hired — a checkout to confirm (reply YES or NO), a
reminder, a request to report the clean (reply CLEAN), a payment notice, a cancellation.
This is not a marketing or promotional program.
-
How hosts opt in: in the signed-in app at cleanandpaid.com, a host adds their
mobile number under Settings and must tick an unchecked consent checkbox before it can be saved.
The time and the exact wording shown are recorded.
-
How cleaners opt in: a cleaner has no account. The host adds a cleaner they
already work with and must tick an unchecked box confirming that cleaner agreed. Nothing is sent
to her until then, and her first message identifies the host and Clean and Paid and explains how
to get help and how to stop.
- Frequency: varies with bookings, typically two to four messages per clean.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
-
HELP / STOP: reply HELP for help or email
[email protected]; reply STOP at any time
to stop all messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
